Settling-in period

LCIBS has a friendly, informal and personal atmosphere. For students later intending to proceed to higher education in the UK, LCIBS therefore provides the ideal environment for an initial 'settling-in' period during which students can adapt to another country and way of life, and become accustomed to unfamiliar study methods - experiences that many students at the college will simultaneously be sharing. During this period of transition, students also have the support of LCIBS' experienced trainers and staff, who will help students overcome the difficulties some international students can have in engaging fully in their studies.
