Team-based Assignments

In today's workplace, considerable emphasis is placed on the importance of teamwork. For this reason, team-based assignments are an integral part of many subjects you'll study at LCIBS. This enables you to develop your teamwork skills and, through working on multinational teams, your cross-cultural awareness and understanding. It also allows us to evaluate your potential effectiveness as a team member or leader and give you feedback on your performance so that, in your future working life, you can more effectively meet the expectations of senior management.
