The practical nature of the training
All LCIBS programmes aim to develop students' practical knowledge and capabilities within their chosen field of study. This means that students learn not only the theory of the different subjects they study, but also how to use this theory in a working environment. Whichever course students choose, the college aims to replicate the demands of the workplace, develop students’ ability to think on the job, and give students the opportunity to use and strengthen their newly learned knowledge and capabilities in the context of practical business situations. The ultimate aim is to ensure that, on successfully completing their courses, students can perform effectively and confidently in the workplace, and add value to any organisation.
