This course is designed for students who have limited time, but who are interested in acquiring entry-level skills for the travel industry and in improving their business communication skills.

  • Fares & Ticketing Level 1
  • Fares & Ticketing Level 2
  • Oral Communication for Business
  • Business Writing

   Timings for CTS :

  • Fast-track:        Not available.
    The CTS cannot be completed on a fast-track basis
  • Full-time:          3 months (1 term)
    15 classroom hours a week + private study
  • Part-time:         6 months+ (2 terms or more)
    3 to 12 classroom hours a week + private study
  • Start dates:     January, May, September.
